SOUL FLIGHT

Soul flight is a 3 hr immersive journey working with the medicine of cacao, restorative breath and sound healing. We create a deep, live shamanic soundscape to guide you into your own internal world. The focus is on the sound and cacao guiding you into a shamanic journey + altered state of consciousness. SOUL FLIGHT is a non-cathartic experience, with an emphasis on healing with cacao and sound.

SPIRITUS

SPIRITUS is a deep dive into SPIRITUS Breathwork and somatic healing. We use the Spiritus breathwork method to guide you into your body and into altered states of consciousness for healing, transformation and expansion using your breath. We use sound healing at the end of the session to integrate the session and bring you into a restorative phase. SPIRITUS can include deep emotional release, catharsis and also can be a very internal journey of healing.
